Shipping Policy

Complimentary shipping is included on every order, worldwide.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination. As a guide: UK 2–4 business days; Europe 3–7 business days; rest of world 5–10 business days. These are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your parcel is overdue, email go@veltashop.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
