Refund Policy

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom.

Right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Condition of returns

Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact. We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

How to return

Email go@veltashop.uk with your order number to start a return. We will issue return instructions and a return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
