Acceptance of orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, including in cases of pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or where we cannot ship to your destination.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Total payable at checkout includes any taxes and shipping. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
